Located in Valdosta’s Historic Downtown District, the building originally opened in 1925 as the Daniel Ashley Hotel and today is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The property, which offers studio, one, and two bedroom apartment units, provides convenient access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Resident amenities include a business center and computer lab, community room, resident garden, arts and crafts room, and a medical examination room. The Ashley House also offers a variety of resident services including educational programs and organized social activities.
